Cheah Poh Gek & Associates is a registered law firm with the Bar Council of Malaysia, built on three decades of conveyancing, banking, and litigation experience.

Our Story

From housing documentation to a full-service practice

Cheah Poh Gek & Associates (CPGA) commenced practice on 1 October 1994, following the cessation of practice by Ms. Cheah Poh Gek as a partner of Cheah, Lai & Associates.

Since its establishment, the firm has grown from handling legal documentation for housing development projects to encompassing property subsales, bank loans, commercial financing, and litigation matters — establishing itself as a reputable legal practice with extensive experience in conveyancing, banking, commercial, and litigation matters.

In 2025, CPGA celebrated a meaningful milestone — our 31st anniversary — marking more than three decades of serving our clients with integrity, professionalism, and care.
